Bâtis Ton Parcours: a platform to help 12-30 year-olds in the Occitanie region plan their careers and find a job.

A platform that breaks the codes of career guidance
"Bâtis Ton Parcours" offers adventures based around an interactive map containing career guidance information and videos from students and professionals in the building and civil engineering sector. No fewer than 40,000 real-life career paths of men and women are listed for inspiration and informed choice. It also helps to identify bridges between school curricula. It's an innovative tool that can be used to project yourself into the world of building and civil engineering.

Faced with recruitment issues in Occitanie, the platform highlights short-staffed trades and catalogs apprenticeship and job offers. It promotes the attractiveness of trades and training in the building and civil engineering sector, while reinforcing this regional dynamic.
